Neale's Tea Stores in Dudley Street produced a small booklet of recipes called
"Handy Book of Useful Recipes". It was published around 1900 and
contains 27 recipes by Miss Ida Cameron, Principal of the Earl's Court
School of Cookery. All of them use Neale's margarine.
