The 4th annual Turner Sports
Car Rally to be held at Bantock Park took place on Sunday 17th
August, 2008.
Eight magnificent Turner sports cars
were assembled in front of the house and inspected by the
many visitors who came along. There were Turner MKIs, MKIIs,
MKIIIs, and a 950s belonging to ex-Turner employee Ken
Robbins. |

Brian Shaw who organised the event put
on an excellent display covering all aspects of Turner cars
from their humble beginnings at Seisdon, through to their
works at Pendeford, Wolverhampton, their restoration, and
racing career. Many of the visitors viewed the display, and
Brian was at hand to answer questions, and talk to people
about their Turner cars. |

The sun shone and many of the visitors
enjoyed the excellent facilities at the café, and explored
Bantock House. Everyone who came along thoroughly enjoyed
themselves. Memories were rekindled and newcomers were
introduced to the world of Turner sports cars. |
