JIM MORGAN , MODEL MAKER

Jim seems to have taken up model making later in his life and these models were mostly made during his retirement.

These are only a few of the models he is known to have made. On this model. not only do the wheels go round but the door to the van opens and closes and the interior is fully modelled.
It is somewhat remarkable that Jim was able to turn from the strength and stamina needed for bus driving and weightlifting, to the more delicate skills of model making.

The church has stained glass windows and was lit inside.

It is not known how Jim selected his subjects but these three items indicate his wide range.
