Comment:  Prestigious memorial to James Baker, local industrialist and founder of the ‘Boot Factory’ on Cleveland Road.

Consists of an obelisk on a square pedestal base with good ‘symbolic’ carving erected above a large vault used for the Baker family up until 1933.
