Local listing: Semi-detached pair. Third quarter of C19.
Gothic-cum-Arts and Crafts. Three storey, Heavy bargeboarded gables.
First and second floor timber balconies. French windows on all three
floors.
Comment: Two of a set of vast villas, forming an enclave in a
surprisingly remote part of Tettenhall. They stand on the edge of the
escarpment and have extensive views towards Wolverhampton. The while
arrangement is very reminiscent of the better known Parkdale.
