Comment:  Dwelling house, built in 1938 to designs by Lavender and Twentyman. Probably the most important firm of architects working in Wolverhampton in the middle of the 20th century.

Constructed of buff handmade bricks under a red pantile roof and in a substantially original condition. Described in the Architects Journal of 4th April 1938 and one of Richard Twentyman’s best surviving houses.
