Listing: Old Heath War Memorial, on the corner of Deans Road
and Tyburn Road. Comment: Buff sandstone cruciform war
memorial standing on a stepped plinth inscribed with the names of
soldiers who died during the First & Second World Wars.
A secondary stone tablet bears the names of five civilians,
including one seven year old child, killed by enemy action in the
immediate area 1939-45. |
