Listing: Victorian school building later used as a library. Locally
Listed, approved March 2000.
Comment: This building is fondly remembered locally. The scale and
design, and the use of a warm brick, make a very friendly, cottagey kind of
school. The strange buttress facing the road adds a feeling of the fairy
fantastic.
