Comment: a turn of the century gentleman's residence, one of many
built along the Penn Road at the end of the 19th century and at the turn of the
century. This is an unusual and very good example of an Arts and Crafts version
of the genre. It is pure mock Tudor at the front and entirely Voiseyesque at the
back.
