Pre 1910

In Wolverhampton there were film shows at fairgrounds, the Drill Hall and the Pavilion.
In Wednesfield there may have been film shows at the Tivoli/Palace Electric
In Bilston there were film shows at the original Wood's Palace in the Town Hall

1910 - 1920

Wolverhampton

Pavilion continued to show films until closure in cl916.
Electric Theatre (Palace) opened 24/l/1910 - known as Imperial in 1915 -closed cl918. Picture House opened 21/12/1911
Strand opened 22/7/1912
Coliseum opened 14/11/1912
Agricultural Hall began showing films cl913.
Picturedrome opened December 1913 - changed name to Scala in 1918
