Tiles in House Porches - page 3, some further finds by Duncan Nimmo:

On the left are more of the very popular lilies but in a different surround.  How was each porch designed and by whom?

Note, in both cases, the "Minton" type tiles on the floor.

This is probably a full set:  "Minton" tiles in the hall, "quarry" tiles on the porch floor and half a catalogue of different glazed tiles on the porch wall.
The porch on the left has been enclosed and glazed but you can still see the stylised plant form and the charming frieze of birds at the top.

These pictures of fishing have been found on more than one house in Wolverhampton.  In one case both panels are on the same side of a deep porch.

On the left you can see the use of plain tiles.  Was this a matter of taste or cost?

On the right is a rare variation of the popular lily in a pot.
