Varnish, Ink, Wallpaper and Paint

Manders was one of Wolverhampton's best known and longest surviving manufacturers, which survived for over 200 years. The firm had several factories producing a wide range of products, beginning with japanned goods, before turning to varnish, ink, paint, and wallpaper. The company was extremely successful, and became a household name.
